do need to overhaul our laws. The president is committed to that,
I'm committed to that, but these were highly controversial and
divisive provisions, many of which were opposed by the administration.
We accepted several that were less controversial, but we need
to do this in the context of overhauling immigration laws and
that can be done early next year.According to news reports, Rep. Tom Tancredo
said, "We
