""Whenever you look at the family that is being very
productive and has a great family life, contributing to American
society, when, in fact they came here illegally - I don't think
you can excuse the illegal behavior - but you also recognize
they are not terrorists - they're contributing to our society
- we understand the humanitarian reasons that brought them here."
Fact: Human smugglers brought them here - and not for
humanitarian reasons -- they did it for money.
