122,000
needed to qualify
According
to reliable sources, the Protect
Arizona Now (PAN) campaign will submit more than 170,000
signatures to the Arizona Secretary of State tomorrow at 1 p.m.
to qualify the PAN initiative on the November Arizona ballot.
The Secretary of State will sample the
petitions to verify that each signator is a citizen and that
the petitions were completed properly. It is expected that at
least 122,000 will be found to be valid and that the initiative
will be on the ballot this November. |
