Obama on Ice?
Preparing for the Second American Revolution
American Patrol Report Comment -- August 20
The immigration disaster; the economic collapse; and Barack Obama. All of these things can be laid at the feet of George Bush. Let's not forget that.
From the outset, George Bush pushed for an open border and amnesty. When he signed the Secure Fence Act of 2006 he did so hoping it would soften America's resistance to amnesty legislation planned for the following year. As American Border Patrol's Operation B.E.E.F. proved, he never intended to build a 700-mile double-layered border fence.
During the final minutes of debate of the amnesty bill, Sen. Dole rose to the floor of the Senate to say that Bush had completed only two miles of the border fence. (Without Operation B.E.E.F., Dole wouldn't have had the ammunition.) Amnesty was defeated.
Out of control spending and a housing debacle that he must have know would happen led us to the collapse in the final months of his second term. Bush had refused to use his veto power to reign in Congressional spending. He could have done it easily.
And all of these things led to the election of Barack Obama, a clear threat to the freedoms of every American.
It is time to throw out the entire lot. It is time to reach outside the Washington box. Sarah Pailin is not of the Washington box -- her most endearing characteristic. We could hardly do worse that Bush/ Obama.
Let's put Obama on ice for three years while we prepare for the Second American Revolution. |
