    Jim Kolbe (R-Az) represented Southern Arizona in Congress. He did little to stop illegal immigration. In fact, he supported amnesty, He said we couldn't enforce the law.

    O'Reilly: But it's illegal to enter the country without proper documentation.
    Kolbe: No, no, it's not.
    O'Reilly: I didn't know that.
    Chertoff (March 2008): "When people who cross the border illegally [even the first time] are brought to face the reality that they are committing a crime.."
    Kolbe lied about border law enforcement. We challenged him, but no one else did, including Bill O'Reilly.
