New
Mexico bill would divest police of immigration functions
Santa Fe, New Mexico, Feb 10 (EFE) -- The New
Mexico state Senate on Thursday passed a bill that prevents local
and state police officers from acting as immigration agents.
-- The bill's enactment was cheered by immigrant advocates... Bill
Richardson (1995): "These
are changing political times where our basic programs are being
attacked. Illegal and legal immigration unfairly attacked. We
have to band together and that means Latinos in Florida, Cuban-Americans,
Mexican-Americans, Puerto Ricans, South Americans - we have to
network better - we have to be more politically minded - we have
to put aside party and think of ourselves as Latinos, as Hispanics,
more than we have in the past." |

The
Open Borders Hall of Shame
One of the oldest tricks in the Open
Borders Lobby's dirty book of treason is reciting a handful of
well-known and successful immigrants when debating the topic
of mass immigration/open borders. Rattling off the names of Albert
Einstein, Bob Hope, and the like-in their minds-justifies the
mass influx of immigrants spilling into the United States today. |

Federal
judges vs. the will of the people
This country belongs to the people. The
will of the people is reflected through the ballot box when citizens
of the 50 independent republics vote for individuals to fill
elected offices. Each office at every level of government has
a specific job description and function. The state legislature
is basically the overseer for the state itself... |

Time
To Bring Back Proposition 187
When America's borders cease to exist
as divisions of sovereignty, and become undefended and unprotected
gateways allowing millions of poor, unskilled laborers to cross
illegally and without apparent consequence, the rule of law and
our country's stability are threatened. Beyond that, however,
are the very real costs of such an invasion. |

the illegal migration problem is for both countries to agree
