invader smugglers face trial together
Four accused human smugglers who are
believed to be responsible for the death of an immigrant
[illegal alien] crossing through the South Texas brush last year
will be tried together, a federal judge has ruled. -- At a Tuesday
hearing, U.S. Magistrate Judge Felix Recoil denied a motion to
try members of the smuggling ring separately. |

before they crashed an American Airlines jet into the Pentagon
has been deported from San Diego to Algeria, the Department of
