Detained Until One Posted $11,000 Bail, Another Waited For End Of Investigation
SAN DIEGO, Posted 4:10 p.m. PST November 8, 1999 -- One of three Americans involved in a fatal car crash over the weekend in Baja California was released by Mexican authorities today so he could receive medical care in San Diego, authorities said.
Barry Patrick Walshe, 31, of Newport Beach, spent two days at a Tijuana hospital under police guard while the crash was investigated by authorities in Rosarito Beach, where the single-car accident occurred Saturday, Tijuana police spokesman Raul Gonsalez said.......
