The mission of the State Hispanic Advisory Council is to create and focus state and other resources to improve the quality of life for all of Utah's Hispanic citizens.

Goals

Provide a forum for discussion of ideas and issues relevant to the Hispanic community to make state government more responsive.

To develop alternative solutions for our socio-economic problems and act as a catalyst to existing resources.

Identify and improve delivery, access, and content of resources and services.
