Candido Morales and the
'Office of Mexicans Abroad'
and other annoying Mexican Fifth-Column Pests

This is Vicente Fox's latest offering for leader of Mexico's office of immigrants abroad (read: mass of criminal invaders in the United States). He is a dual citizen. His job is to agitate illegals in the U.S., and to lobby pandering U.S. politicians for benefits for these criminals. He is a fifth-columnist. He replaces the arrogant foreign agent Juan Hernandez, who left after apparently ticking off the Marxist Mexican foreign minister Jorge Castañeda . (Castañeda himself later resigned after the U.S. didn't respond to the orders he constantly barked, but he was quickly replaced by someone equally obnoxious: Ernie Derbez).
