Mexico City - Nov. 16, 2002 -- The man confirmed this week by the U.S. Senate as Washington's new ambassador to Mexico said Friday that he was in favor of "earned legalization" for undocumented Mexican immigrants, a newspaper here reported. -- The 43-year-old Texas Republican denied relations between Mexico and the United States have deteriorated because of disagreements over how to deal with Iraq. - More.....
