Take the Harbor Freeway to 4th. Go East to Olive. Go left on Olive and enter the parking structure for 300 South Grand. Take a ticket. Pull into visitor parking. Walk to elevator. Take elevator to Plaza level. Walk straight ahead about 200 feet to escalator. Take escalator to top. Turn right. You will be at entrance to California Plaza Water Court. Look for rally signs.
Present parking ticket to American Patrol rep. for reimbursement of $8.00 parking fee. (First 100 drivers who come to rally.)
