Hundreds of Latinos joined a boisterous march from a community church to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Redwood City Thursday to protest laws that prohibit undocumented immigrants from obtaining a driver's license. Waving Mexican flags and shouting "Queremos licensias!" and "Si, se puede!" -- "We want licenses! Yes, we can!" -- the residents of Menlo Park, East Palo Alto and North Fair Oaks ended their march with a rally led by representatives from San Mateo County government and the state Legislature.
