Dear American Patrol,

I am really angry. My daughter is in the process of buying a house for the first time and she has to pay a more than 2% on a home loan. But read this story in the Press-Enterprise. I believe these foreigners only have to pay 2% on a home loan? How do they do it? Seems unfair to me.
