Dear Friends:
This is about the businesses in San Diego. If the businesses in San Diego experience a drop of 60% of their sales due to less Mexican shoppers from over the border, why don't they move their businesses across the border to Mexico? Why should the "gringo taxpayers" help them with money? Does this make too much sense, or what?
