"What if Americans were illegal aliens"

I am a American citizen and if I wanted to for example, move to Japan because it had a higher standard of living and I didn't want to go through the process of getting a work permit or the proper visas would I have the right to go to that country anyway and work?

After I illegally entered Japan would I have the right to stay if I was caught?

If thousands of other people paid thousands of dollars and waited for years for the legal documentation to move to Japan would I have the right to jump ahead of them pay nothing and sneak in the country illegally?

Does Japan have the right to know if I am bringing in to their country a highly contagious disease?

Does Japan have the right to know if I have a criminal intent or I am person with a long history of violence before I come to their country?

Would it be right that because of my illegal status that would automatically make all Americans legally in Japan come under suspicion?

Would I have the right to compete for the same jobs that the Japanese do?

Would it be right that a Japanese citizen was out of work because I got the job first?

Would it be right if I got a job before a Japanese citizen because I was willing to work for less?

If there were a large number of illegal Americans that were trying to get the same kinds of jobs and the competition for those jobs drove the wage scale down for all workers would that be fair?

Would it be fair if the wage scale went so low that the Japanese found it impossible to maintain their standard of living they just stop trying to get those jobs?

After the downward pay scale drove the Japanese out of certain jobs would it be the truth if I then said we Americans "do the jobs the Japanese don't want"?

Would it be right if I went on welfare after illegally entering Japan and then claim I came there because of the "Japanese Dream"?

Would it be right that I use ten times the social services as I pay in taxes when and if I do pay taxes and then claim I came to Japan for the "Japanese Dream"?
