Who's really responsible for border deaths?

Let me get this straight.

Mexico quit giving assistance to its poor people in the form of beans, tortillas, propane, diesel and electricity. Then, Mexico tells its people that they have a RIGHT to illegally enter the United States. Then, the Mexican government organizes GRUPO BETA to help the illegals enter. Grupo Beta ignores human smugglers because they get the illegals to the interior United States where they send $11 Billion a year back to Mexico. Then, a group of illegals make an informed decision to illegally enter the United States and furthermore to place their lives into the hands of human traffickers. And it is the fault of the United States that they killed themselves in the desert?

Now, the likes of the Humane Borders group are going to put more water stations in the desert to be yet another mirage sought by poor illegal aliens from Mexico? Those water stations might make the do-gooders feel warm and fuzzy, but the illegals who might depend on finding them will pay with their lives if they miss the station. Then the do-gooders will put yet more water stations and blame the United States for yet more death.

Obviously the do-gooders think people have a right to sneak into the United States. But, what the heck. They will lure more migrants into the desert depending on being able to find the water. Who is really causing death here?
