INS Director James Ziglar states "immigrants are not terrorists" and "this issue is about terrorism, not immigration". These statements must be reassuring for the countless victims of immigrants, legal and illegal, who have committed terrorist acts against American citizens. Must the death toll reach 6,000 for their heinous acts to be considered terrorism?

Years ago the Register reported there were over 100 outstanding murder warrants in Orange County. The suspects had either disappeared across the Mexican border or had disappeared into our society. Mr. Ziglar, when you were nominated for INS Commissioner, many stated you were not up to the job. Wow, what an understatement!
