Jobs, not services, bring in aliens

WASHINGTON - Fresno County's illegal immigrants came to the United States to work and not to exploit the nation's social safety net, a new study has concluded.
Overwhelmingly poor, uninsured and relatively unhealthy, Fresno's undocumented immigrants often can't communicate with U.S. doctors, the study noted.
