I have a new motto for Wells Fargo: The Narco-Terrorist Friendly Bank!
Perhaps the FDIC and the Federal Reserve would like to weigh in on the idea that Mexican drug smugglers can now obtain i.d. in any name they'd like to use at American banks. Before, it was always a problem for them.
See, prior to this, they had to smuggle the cash out of the country. Or into the country to buy US property and goods. Either way, they could get caught with suspicious amounts of cash. They had to have someone with valid ID. Ask the Arizona Attorney General about it. They've had a program for years trying to stem this.
So now, no problem. Do you think the Mexican consular officers can't be bribed for an ID with any name you'd like? That's the way everything else works in Mexico. Why would it be different here?
