Orange County cops to overlook presence of foreign criminals
I am very interested, and willing, to attend a rally to protest the Mexican ID cards.
I wonder, how many Orange County residents were aware of the "immigrant community meeting" held at St. Boniface Church in Anaheim on Sunday. It wasn't publicized anywhere! However, 300 illegal aliens showed up to have milk and cookies with their new friends, and allies, the Anaheim PD!!! If we had known this secret meeting was going to take place, it would have been the perfect place, and time, for a protest. I guess American citizens don't deserve a forum in Anaheim, or Orange County! We probably would have needed an English language interpreter anyway! Maybe we can hold the rally at Terra de los Disney, the future name of Disneyland, once the Mexicans demand it change it's name to more represent the community!

11/13/01 -- Dear Police Chief's of Orange County:With reference to the announcement that each of you intend to enter into an identification document agreement with the Mexican Consulate, in addition to the fact that the LAPD Board of Police Commissioner's already prohibits the detention or arrest of any person for violation of the immigration laws, I wish to bring to your attention that none of you have the authority to enter into such an agreement with a foreign power or the power to promulgate rules or policies that prohibit the enforcement of Immigration laws.
The Immigration law serves as a gatekeeper for our nation's border. It determines who may enter, how long they may stay and when they must leave.
The powers delegated to the United States by the Constitution include the power to establish uniform rules of naturalization. Thus, the United States Congress has total and complete authority over immigration. The States have no power or authority whatsoever. The Constitution also prohibits the States from entering into any treaty, alliance, or confederation with a foreign power.
The Charter of the City of Los Angeles provides that "The Police Department shall have the power and duty to enforce the penal provisions of this Charter, of the ordinances of the City and of the laws of the state and nation." I am certain that similar provisions will be found in the Charter's for each of the Orange County Cities that intend to enter into this illegal agreement.
Additionally, your actions suggest a bias toward illegal aliens from Mexico. The illegal alien problem extends to many, many more countries, some of which are producing significant narco terrorist, gangland terrorist and religious extremist terrorist threats to our nation. It is clear that your intended actions amount to a band-aid-quick-fix to a political problem. Let the politicians concern themselves with the politics while you do your duty to your city, county, state and nation. You, nor your officers, have any obligation to follow illegal orders.
This is a sovereign nation, Gentlemen. It is up to Congress to change the Immigration Law, not the local sheriff. Please take hard look at your oath of office.
Professionally Yours,
Stephen Downing
Deputy Chief, LAPD (ret)
1/13/01 -- Sent the following to the email addresses you provided:Sir: How can an officer of the law, sworn to uphold the laws of the land, in good conscience accept Mexican ID cards for illegal immigrants? One of the laws of this land is that people who enter the country illegally are subject to deportation, and any police officer who fails to report known or suspected illegals to the proper authority is, at minimum, guilty of working to undermine that law. No amount of fancy verbal footwork can avoid that basic truth.
Illegal immigration serves a variety of interests, but our country is not among them. It helps certain employers, who want cheap labor. It helps the Democrats, who want voters. It helps the bureaucrats of the welfare state, who want more clients. It helps radical Latino organizations, such as MEChA et al., who want numbers to swell their ranks and increase their political clout. It helps the Mexican government, which is relieved of the problem of large numbers of unemployed people while gaining billions in hard currency mailed back home from the U.S. It helps leftists and radicals, who see it as a way of destabilizing our society. It helps the supporters of one-world government, who see it as a way of overcoming national sovereignty. And as we have recently seen to our regret, it helps people to enter our country who intend to destroy us. In short, illegal immigration helps just about everybody but the good old USA. Every loyal American citizen -- including officers of the law -- has the duty to fight the policies and tactics of those who would make it easier for illegals to remain here.

OC COPS NOT TO BE TRUSTEDMany of these police chiefs in OC make more than $ 100,000 per year. They also get great insurance and other perks for themselves and their families. They also get a good deal of prestige. It is citizens who pay these chiefs, yet these chiefs have now shown that they have contempt for citizens. In the past individual chiefs have demonstrated this contempt, but this secret meeting of all the chiefs indicates that they have conspired to not enforce the law and they've done it as a group to avoid having any one chief take any heat from citizens. It sounds like they had a Mafia like meeting.
Remember, also, that these chiefs weren't elected by anyone. They serve at the pleasure of their local city councils.
And to think that we in the U.S. wonder how so much corruption has snuck into Mexican society. This is how it happens.
I hope that VCT uses its considerable influence to get these crooked cops booted out of their jobs.
Someone needs to spend the time to do the nitty gritty work of making the telephone calls to every city hall in OC and getting the exact information on these chiefs: their names, their salaries and perks, how long they've been chiefs, etc.
Light has to be shone on these un-American creeps. Anyone who respects these phonies or trusts them to uphold the law, is just plain stupid.

11/11/01To the Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs:
How come you are going along with lawlessness? We law abiding citizens depend on you to keep law and order and to protect us. Why are you accepting Mexican ID cards for illegal aliens? What is Mexico to us but a corrupt country where everything can be bought cheap? Illegal aliens are CRIMINALS who are breaking our immigration laws and you are accepting ID cards from that corrupt country? Do you realize how many terrorists will come in to kill us with your help? This is a disgrace! We are at war with an insidious enemy that sneaks in to kill us and you are helping! Are you people crazy? Don't you care what happens to your fellow Americans and even your own families?

Re: OC POLICE CHIEFS MEETING IN SECRET AND DECIDING TO ACCEPT MEXICAN ID'STo some of us who have been watching the situation in OC, it was no surprise that the police chiefs of OC have voted in secret to accept Mexiscam ID's. Many of these chiefs are right out of the mold of the corrupt Alabama police chiefs of legend. In both cases, the chiefs uphold a certain status quo that works against the best interests of all citizens. In Alabama, protecting the status quo meant to maintain the establishment of the time and place. In OC today, protecting the status quo also means to maintain the elite status quo. In OC the elite establishment is mostly ultra liberal and supportive of illegal aliens. The cops are simply doing what this establishment wants and this is turning the county into a Third World area.
In OC, these arrogant police chiefs are actually running many of the cities; and citizens be damned. Most of these guys are politicians first and law enforcement (what a laugh) officers second. Some use their official positions and the color of authority to intimidate citizens and encourage illegal aliens. I won't name any particular cities, but I've seen enough to tell my fellow citizens that they should be careful in trusting the local police in OC. These cops really are political police who are often working against citizens and the laws enacted by citizens.
IF ENOUGH CITIZENS WISE UP AND LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THEY DON'T TRUST THE COPS, THEN MAYBE WE CAN MAKE SOME CHANGES AND BRING IN SOME POLICE CHIEFS WHO WILL ENFORCE OUR LAWS. THE SCUM BAGS WHO ARE ALLOWING CITIZENS TO BE VICTIMIZED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS SHOULD BE BOOTED OUT OF THEIR CUSHY JOBS.

11/12/01Let me tell you about the "blessing" of the influx of Latino's into my Orange County California neighborhood over the last 20 years, and then you can decide. I've had 2 friends murdered by Latino illegal aliens. I've been robbed twice by the same. Some of our schools, once a melting pot, are now double what they were designed for, and are 90% Latino. Our emergency rooms and hospitals are closing, due to illegals who don't pay.
Our once famous "Orange County, CA" reputation will now be destroyed because, instead of deporting illegals with no ID, local law enforcement will now accept easily forged Mexican ID cards and illegals will be sent on their merry way back into our community instead of to their country of origin.
This is your future. If you want to count your blessings, do it now. You won't have any left in twenty years and you'll ask yourself how this all happened!

1/11/01Dear VCT,
Anaheim Police Chief Roger Baker and all Orange County police chiefs want to accept cards issued by the consolate of Mexico for identification purposes for people who come in contact with the police with no "papers". They met in a secret closed door meeting and unanamously adopted what is Orange County's answer to Special Order 40. Baker is quoted as saying he wants to "alleviate the fear of aliens". Who is going to alleviate my fear that local law enforcement is now unwilling to enforce our laws? Baker and all other policement who will not enforce our country's immigration laws, should turn in their badges.Sincerely,
Larry B.
