THE JOB FEDS WON'T DO
Have you noticed that various federal and local law enforcement agencies that claim they don't have enough manpower and other resources to apprehend and deport illegal entrants seem to have no problems with chasing, arresting, and prosecuting American citizens who try to protect the American border? Chris Simcox, founder of citizen's patrol group Civil Homeland Defense, was arrested minutes after he inadvertently entered a federal park carrying a firearm (see [1]). That's an outstanding efficiency of (selective) enforcement of the law. Compare it with incompetent, if not impotent, enforcement of the America's border and her immigration laws. What a difference!
Even when illegal entrants get apprehended by the authorities, be it during the very act of violation of the American border, or while committing unrelated crimes, they are often cut loose because, as these authorities say, there is a shortage of money to prosecute them and a lack of space to lock them up. Interestingly enough, the above is hardly ever an obstacle when the authorities are vigorously prosecuting and incarcerating those American citizens who attempt to do the job that these very authorities cannot.
For instance, according to The Arizona Republic (see [2]), Matthew Paul Hoffman was sentenced to 120 days in jail, and Alexander David Dumas to 30 days in jail for their citizen's arrest of a group of illegal entrants that had successfully violated the American border and evaded attention of the Border Patrol. "It's just a very dangerous place, and I don't want to see people [illegal entrants, that is] hurt" said Yuma County Attorney Patricia Orozco, as if the citizens who tried to protect the border and not those who trespassed it in hundreds of thousands each year were the source of danger and lawlessness.
At the same time, as Associated Press reported (see [3]), 64 illegal aliens were released by Laredo, Texas, Border Patrol Sector because, according to the federal authorities, the nationwide limit of 21,000 detainee "beds" that the Feds can pay for any given day was exceeded. "This isn't a new issue. This is a historical issue where every year a request is made for more money to procure more bed space [for apprehended illegal aliens]," said Garrison Courtney, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement spokesman. Of course, no one even suggested that the extra "beds" for at least some of these 64 illegals could have been found if the patriots, like Hoffman and Dumas, who made and attempt to defend the American border were not kept in jail.
This is a really bizarre state of affairs. On one hand, although mass uncontrolled migration of inadmissible aliens with no job skills, no education, no knowledge of the English language, and no respect for the laws this nation has been built upon, is getting a green light from the authorities under the false pretense that the illegal "immigrants" do jobs that Americans won't, for some unexplained reasons the very same argument doesn't seem to apply to American citizens who are willing to do the job that their governments won't (enforcing the American border, that is.) Well, the federal authorities do not enforce the border because they don't want to and not because they are unable to, and the same is true about many state and local law enforcement agencies that too often chose to look the other way when faced with illegal "immigration" and its criminal effects.
If this is not treason then what is?
We need to remember this during all future elections. Let those elected officials who neglect their most fundamental responsibility to protect American border from foreign trespassers know that we will never forget their selling us out to "cheap" labor profiteers, open border globalists, and foreign-sponsored fifth column organizations. And if they try to deflect our pointed criticism and blame their failure on lack of time, resources, and funds, let's ask them how come they never miss an opportunity to go after American patriots who have determination and courage to stand up and defend this country from hordes of invaders.
