Mexican president Zedillo is in Los Angeles today because Dan Lungren spent 48 million dollars of Republican Party money to run for governor and said nothing about the Mexican threat to California. Had he told the truth, he would be governor today, and Ernesto Zedillo would be elsewhere. Pete Wilson fought for Californians. Dan Lungren betrayed them.

Let us make it perfectly clear. There is a huge Mexican population in California because our immigration laws were violated. Our government failed to protect our borders, and we are now left to deal with the consequences.

But let us also make it perfectly clear that it is wrong to paint all Americans of Mexican ancestry as "Reconquistas." They are not. Some oppose this invasion as much or more than those of European ancestry. They know what a Mexican controlled California would become. But I fear there are more who relish the idea of Reconquista than reject it.

This morning the Washington Post said the following about President Zedillo's visit to Sacramento: "Everyone tried mightily to avoid the tough issues that face California and Mexico, such as drugs, illegal immigration, political corruption, cross-border environmental degradation and the rights of Mexican nationals here to vote in Mexican elections"

COWARDLY POLITICIANS MAY REMAIN SILENT IN THE FACE OF THIS THREAT, BUT WE WILL NOT!!!

DUAL CITIZENSHIP = RECONQUISTA

Mexican dual citizenship is a sham. It was designed to induce Mexicans to become U.S. citizens so they could vote in the interest of Mexico. On May 7, 1995, VCT ran a full-page ad in the Los Angeles Daily News alerting the public to this scheme to defraud America. The Mexican Consul wrote a letter to the Daily News denying that Mexico had plans for dual citizenship. He was lying and we proved it. Next year, Mexicans will vote in the United States - in our elections and theirs.

THE UNITED STATES SHOULD HALT THE NATURALIZATION OF ALL MEXICAN NATIONALS UNTIL THE ISSUE OF DUAL CITIZENSHIP CAN HAVE A FULL AND COMPETE CONGRESSIONAL HEARING THE UNITED STATES SHOULD END THE PRACTICE OF GRANTING AUTOMATIC CITIZENSHIP TO CHILDREN OF PERSON WHO ENTERED THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY.

NAFTA = BORDER POLLUTION

And what about trade with Mexico? What about NAFTA. The truth is, the real sucking sound of NAFTA is that of Mexicans coming north to our border. On Sunday, May 16, 1999, economist JOCK O'CONNELL wrote in the Los Angeles "The Mexican Economy That California Really Trades With" He made it perfectly clear that all the numbers we hear are phony. American parts are shipped across the border, assembled and then shipped back to the U.S. The result is massive border pollution and millions of Mexicans ready to rush the border at the first sign of an economic turndown - which could come with Y2K

NAFTA MUST BE REPEALED -- THE MAQUILADORES PLANTS MUST BE REMOVED AND RELOCATED TO THE SOUTHERN PART OF MEXICO WHERE THE PEOPLE AND NATURAL RESOURCES ARE.

FAIRNESS = PROP. 187 TO THE SUPREME COURT

After five million Californians passed Proposition 187 in 1994, Mexican lawyers and liberal judges joined forces to deny Americans their rights. Now Gray Davis is trying to do the same thing Writing in the Los Angels Times on May 6, 1999, Norman Bran, an Attorney and San Francisco-based Mediator, observed

"whoever suggested to Gov. Gray Advise that he mediate the constitutionality of Proposition 187 badly misunderstands mediation's role in our democracy and in dispute resolution. California law defines mediation as "a process in which a neutral person facilitates communication and negotiations between disputants to assist them in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement." The law protects the confidentiality of what is said during mediation so parties can be honest about the terms on which they are willing to settle, without fearing that the other side will later use their words against them in court"

But who are the disputants? Gray Davis and the Mexicans -- and they agree!!!

We were told that Proposition 187 would not be enforced because it is unconstitutional, but now they want to deny us the right to determine who is right! Let the Supreme Court decide. Once again, a great Mexican sham is being perpetrated on the American people.

GRAY DAVIS MUST ABANDON MEDIATION IMMEDIATELY AND APPEAL TO THE US SUPREME COURT TO REVIEW PROPOSITION 187 IMMEDIATELY

ZEDILLO = MEXICAN EXPANSIONISM

Ernesto Zedillo is seeking to reverse the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo and put all California under the despotic rule of Mexico. On April 1, 1997, new immigration laws passed by Congress in 1996 went into effect. In response, two days later in Campeche, Mexico, Zedillo told Mexicans, "We will not tolerate foreign forces dictating and enacting laws on Mexicans.". The government of Mexico threatened to appeal our laws to an international forum.

Can you imagine the outcry if Zedillo had said this in Sacramento? Can you imagine what would happen in California if he said what he really thought?

On July 23, 1997 Zedillo told a gathering of thousands Mexicans in Chicago " I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders." To the Mexicans in that audience, Zedillo meant one thing and one thing only - we are moving our borders outward to enclose you. The Mexicans have a saying. We didn't cross the border, the borders crossed us.

Today on our Web page, www.americanpatrol.com, we report that "Vicente Licona, head of Harris' Mexico City office, said many Mexicans view the border as illegal because they feel the United States stole much of the Southwest from their country after the Mexican-American War.

On February 6, 1998, Los Angeles Mexican consul general Angel Pescador Osuna said, "While I am saying this half-serious and half-joking, I think we are practicing la Reconquista in California" He is saying that Mexico is working to conquer California. Flushed into the open by the CCIR billboard in Blythe, Mario Obledo, co-founder of MALDEF, said that California is going to be a Hispanic state and anyone who doesn't like it should leave. Does this sound like ethnic cleansing? It does to me.

But what does Bill Clinton do to ethnic cleansers? He bombs them. What did Bill Clinton to do Mario Obledo in 1998? He awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

The President of Mexico says his nation is not constrained by borders. He says he rejects our laws controlling illegal immigration. The consul general says Mexico is reconquering California. A Mexican intellectual suggests that anyone who doesn't like Mexicans should leave California. What else do you need to hear?

RECONQUISTA IS REAL AND WE HAD BETTER FACE IT

TO SAVE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, EVERY ILLEGAL ALIENS IN OUR NATION MUST BE DEPORTED IMMEDIATELY WE MUST CLOSE OUR BORDER WITH MEXICO. IF WE CAN BOMB THE TV STATION IN BELGRADE WE CAN SHUT DOWN TELEMUNDO AND UNIVISION!!!

On May 4, I placed a call to the Michael Jackson show on KRLA in Los Angles and confronted Mark Rosenbaum, legal director of the Los Angeles ACLU. After fifteen minutes of a head - to - head confrontation, all that Rosenbaum could say to me is "it is very sad."

Yes, Mr. ACLU, it is very sad what you have done to America.

This morning I just happened to open a package which arrived in yesterday's mail. In it was a letter from Carl Olsen of State Department Watch, congratulating me on my combat with Rosenbaum. He just happened to include a copy of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, Spring, 1999 As I scanned the front cover I saw an article which caught my eye - it was entitled Losing Control of America's Future: The Census, Birthright Citizenship, and Illegal Aliens. In it, author Charles Wood observes.

"The issue is whether or not Americans will have the democratic right to control the nation's future--including, most fundamentally, whether the composition of "We the People of the United States," as Americans are referred to in the Preamble of the Constitution, will be determined by "We the People" or instead will continue to be influenced to a significant degree by individuals whose very presence in this country is in violation of its laws."

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES GIVE WE THE PEOPLE OF THE THE UNITED STATES THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE NATION'S FUTURE. WHEN THOSE RIGHTS ARE TAKEN FROM US. WE NEED LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that government long established should not be changed for light and transient causes and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms who which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurptations, pursuing invariably the same object, it is there right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security.

HAVE WE SUFFERED A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES?

HAVE THE GLOBALISTS AND MEXICANS PURSUED THE SAME OBJECT?

DO WE NEED NEW GUARDS FOR OUR FUTURE SECURITY?
