The Choices Facing Californians

California has been destroyed by illegal immigration. Most of the budget deficit can be traced to illegal immigration, past and present. Its schools have been destroyed, its health care system has been destroyed, and now its entire social and physical infrastructure face collapse.

As the consequences of the $38 billion deficit take hold, this year and next, billions of dollars of state money for hundreds of thousands of minorities will disappear leading to a reverse multiplier effect, creating a depression level of joblessness among blacks and Hispanics. Hundreds of thousands of renters will face eviction, eroding the real estate market for rental units (Los Angeles is now 70% renter occupied as opposed to 70% owner occupied thirty years ago.) leading to a burst of the real estate bubble and even further tearing of the social fabric.

Gray Davis is looking for help from the Mexican community. He says he will sign SB 60 to grant drivers licenses to illegals. Because of this, he will get the support from radical unions such as Mexican-lead Service Employers International Union and other elements of the AFL/CIO and well as the traitorous United Teachers of Los Angeles. Juan Jose Gutierrez of the AFL/CIO says they are ready to shut down Los Angeles if necessary. Things could get very ugly and this could be a long, hot summer.

I spent twelve years fighting illegal immigration in California. I fought for Proposition 187, only to see it killed by an unholy alliance between Gov. Gray Davis and Mexican President Zedillo. Davis was elected governor because the Republican Party caved in to a hollow Hispanic threat and nominated open borders advocate Dan Lungren to succeed Pete Wilson, a true American hero.

I fought the Los Angeles Times when it killed our ad opposing Antonio Villaraigosa, only to have the lawsuit thrown out of court on the claim that we were trying to suppress the Time's freedom of speech; an insane ruling by an obviously corrupt judge. The appeal failed because our well-paid lawyer disappeared. He was later discovered working for the Times.

I have seen the power that runs California at work; it is awesome. They will allow the people to vote to recall Davis, just as they allowed the people to vote on Proposition 187; but they will not permit serious consequences. They see the ballot box as a public pacifier. If the "children" misbehave, they will be bludgeoned in the courts, the media, and, if necessary, through outright lawlessness as in the case of Proposition 187.

The establishment will destroy anyone who threatens their control, including the unpredictable Arnold Schwarzenegger. (Richard Riordan and Bill Simon may be acceptable because both are open borders advocates.) Their real desire is to destroy any serious opposition to Davis so that the recall effort fails for lack of an alternative.

California has one last chance to save itself. It must replace Gray Davis with a governor who will send Proposition 187 back to the courts and send the National Guard to the border. The new governor must also enforce those parts of Proposition 187 that are already on the books. This includes Sections 113 and 114 of the California Penal dealing with the manufacture, distribution, sale and use of false documents to conceal the true citizenship or alien status, and Section 834b mandating cooperation between local law enforcement and the INS (now ICE - Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and the reporting of suspected illegal aliens.

If the appeal is allowed to go forth, the U.S. Supreme Court will find Proposition 187 constitutional, and, faced with a total cut off of services and stringent law enforcement, millions of illegal aliens will leave California. Soon thereafter, Americans would end their exile in the deserts and return to the shores of the Golden State. (Consider the motto: "Let's Return California to America, So Americans Can Return to California")

Short of this, California will sink into an abyss. It will become a Mexican state, just as Mario Obledo predicted. Obledo said that if people don't like this, they should leave California. He said they should go back to Europe. Is there any doubt that he was talking about white people? Art Torres said, "Remember, 187 was the last gasp of white America in California."

There is irrefutable evidence that white people, especially WASPS (White Anglo Saxon Protestants) are the target of the power elite. They are the enemy and they will be made to pay a price for their past "sins." This is racism of the left, but it is a reality that must be confronted honestly.

Many Californians are faced with the fight or flight option, and the odds of prevailing in this fight are minimal. Why? Not only are the power elite such as the Los Angeles Times on the side of the Mexicans, so is the governor, the state legislature, most major city councils and county boards of supervisors and, unfortunately, most major candidates to replace Gray Davis. Finally, president Bush doesn't seem to give a damn.

Americans, especially white Americans, should get out of California -- now, before it is too late to salvage the equity they have in their homes and the value of their businesses.

I am prepared to be attacked for this statement, but as with my other predictions about California, time will provide my defense.

PS: There is one chance remaining; it is the Internet. If the people come together on the net and pick a consensus candidate before going to the polls in October they can prevail. It is possible, but unlikely. -- G.S.
