Robert Bonner (responding to inquiry from Rep.
Shadegg (R-Phoenix).
"I'm convinced we need better detection
capabilities and UAVs may well be a good answer for stretches
of the border where we do not have sensors - enough sensors and
detection capability..
I do need a specific brief, which I will be
getting in the next week or two, with respect to how UAVs might
fit in, what their capabilities are, what kind of UAVs would
be best...
