- 5/15/03) -- An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) designed to spot
illegal border crossers and report them to the Border Patrol
was used to send live video from the border over the MSNBC cable
network last night. The Border Hawk spotted two "Hawkeye"
volunteers who were on the border near the San Pedro river in
