Laredo, Texas
(San Antonio Express News - April 29) -- An 18-year-old man accused
of shooting and wounding two undercover federal agents Sunday
night was arrested Monday after a short foot chase through his
neighborhood, authorities said. -- Jesus Arias Jr. was picked
up on an arrest warrant and charged with two counts of attempted
murder. -- Laredo police spokesman Juan Rivera said the CBP Border
Patrol agents were caught in a crossfire between rival street
