BORDER ACTION NETWORK SUPPORTS OPEN BORDERS WITH MEXICO
Naco, AZ (4/5/03) (ABP) An organization with close ties with anti-American Morris Dees and the Southern Poverty Law Center supported a rally at the Mexican border designed to cripple the ability of the United States to control illegal immigration. According to American Border Patrol, the individuals shown at left were part of Border Action Network and were sent out to investigate American Border Patrol's Mobile Internet Satellite Transmitter (MIST) following an incident where one of the leaders of the rally called ABP's Glenn Spencer "an asshole." ABP reported the incident to the Border Patrol and the approach of the BAN group. ABP asked the Border Patrol to "maintain the peace."
