I MAY NOT BE THE BEST CATHOLIC, BUT AT LEAST I AM HONEST. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS I WOULD MOVE IF I COULD FIND A PLACE THEY WEREN'T THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU EFFORTS. I WORK FOR A TELEPHONE COMPANY HERE IN CALIFORNIA. I INTERACT WITH THE PUBLIC. THE LEGAL CITIZENS OF CAL FEEL LIKE MYSELF BUT THEY MUST HAVE A MEMORY LAPS WHEN THE GO IN THE VOTING BOTH. I AM PRAYING FOR RELIEF FROM THIS TERRIBLE ISSUE. ---DEBBIE -- NORCO, HORSETOWN,CA,USA

2/26/02 -- Dear Glenn, It sounds like Simon's flip-flopping, and he sounds like the others. Looks like another 4 years of Davis, 'cause ain't voting for Simon! ---David
2/26/02 -- This quote from Bill Simon makes him sound like a blithering idiot who doesn't know where he stands! -- Thanks for getting the message out. God help us. ---Alex
2/26/02 -- REC wrote: Dear Mr. Glenn Spencer - Lay off the Catholic church! We support you and what you are doing on a legal basis....if this leads to Pope bashing or Catholic bashing... then you will have the Irish families to deal with which is much worse than any Mexican mafia group!

Spencer responds: I will not lay off anyone. I will fight for my country and anyone who stands in the way will feel my wrath! No one is exempt! -- Glenn Spencer

2/26/02 -- Subject: Simon vs. Riordan or Jones -- Glenn, I too am against illegal immigration and feel it's taking this country down. In regards to the governor's race, I'll be voting for Bill Simon because he's going to be a lot better candidate on the immigration issue than Riordan or Gray Davis, and he has an increasingly stronger chance every day of beating Riordan. Bill Jones, although his immigration position may be a bit stronger than Simon's, has basically faded from the race and doesn't appear to have much of a chance on March 5. The bottom line is that Jones votes will be siphoned off from Simon, which will allow Riordan to become the Republican nominee. And as we both know, Riordan and Gray Davis have deplorable records on immigration and family values. Simon may not be everything we want on the immigration issue, but he will be light years ahead of the alternatives. ---Michael F. - Orange, CA
2/26/02 - Simon seems like just as much a traitor as Riordan. They both stink.
2/26/02 - Glenn: We must keep reminding voters that illegal immigration encompasses many more than Mexicans. It includes terrorists as well. -- Rudy Giuliani was incorrect yesterday when he stated, in San Diego, the three most important issues with Californians and did not mention illegal immigration. It is by far and away the most important issue to Californians, especially in San Diego. -- Thanks for all you do. ---Pamella B. -- San Diego, CA [Note: Giuliani is a big Bill Simon cheerleader.]
2/26/02 - "The Pope has called for amnesty for all illegal aliens." --- At the risk of sounding offensive the first thought that came to my mind was the untold number of priests the pope has "amnestied" over the years who were caught in immoral and illegal acts with kids. ---Scott K.
2/26/02 - The guy's a friggin' pimp for the rich industrialists in CA. and wants his ass in the mansion and screw the citizens of CA. -- I was a Catholic but am now a thinking person. I don't know what the hell they're doing but we don't need them either!!
