See Story: Illegal Mexican immigrants get 'respect' from Bush
Just replace "Mexico" with "China" and see how it sounds
What? Me worry? "There are people in [CHINA] who've got children, who worry about where they're going to get their next meal from," Mr. Bush said in response to questions from The Washington Times. "And they're going to come to the United States if they think they can make money here. That's a simple fact. And they're willing to [sail across miles of ocean] to do work that some Americans won't do. "And we've got to respect that, seems like to me, and treat those people with respect," he added. "I remind people all across our country: Family values do not stop at the [shoreline]".

If the only criteria for allowing people into the United States is that the sending county is in economic straits and the people will work for less than Americans, then we could expect millions of Chinese to be boarding boats next week. Bush may just be as dumb as some people say he is.
