Killer Makes Mexican Town a Target

RODEO, Mexico (AP) _ Few people get off the dozens of buses that roll into Rodeo, a tiny town on the ribbon of highway cutting through the heart of northern Mexico.
For most, the dim roadside cafes in this town of 5,000 are merely rest stops on long journeys to and from ``el otro lado'' -``the other side'' - the United States.
