MOUNTAINAIR, N.M. - Two people, including a National Park Service ranger, reported seeing a man resembling the so-called Railroad Killer suspect near a New Mexico rail line Monday.
Rafael Resendez-Ramirez, 39, was placed atop the FBI's "Most Wanted" list last month.
