DRIVE-BY SHOOTING

Drive-by shooting on Horseblock at house next to Immigration office across from planted area in the heart of Farmingville Saturday night.

The following is an account of by a neighbor whose kids were there with friends when the shootings occurred:

The kids were skate boarding past the house when four Hispanic looking folks jumped out of their car and fired rounds of shotgun blasts into the house - through the area where the kids were standing!

John, who lives close by in a trailer nearby came running out and got one of the shooters in a headlock until the police arrived ....in complete disregard of his own safety!

John deserves a public hero's commendation personally from Brian Foley for protecting his neighborhood - like Brian Foley doesn't.

Terry Sherwood called news 12 and reached Trish Bergen to report the shootings and John's heroic act. Channel 12 doesn't consider the story "newsworthy".
