Dear Sir,

You may be pleased to know that I have just nominated you as Time magazine's "Man of the Year" in appreciation of your principled stand against illegal immigration.

Though I do not expect that Time magazine will recognize that illegal immigration is in the long term a greater threat to the continued survival of the USA than Osama bin Laden and his diaper-headed henchmen, I do hope that my vote will alert the editors to the fact that your efforts are considered by me (and many other American citizens) to be vitally important to the future of this country.
