High speed chase involving Border Patrol in progress
October 17, 2004 - 10:57 AM - The Border Patrol is involved in a high speed chase of a black Mazda on Arizona Hwy. 80 rear mile post 335 (between Tombstone and Sierra Vista). Also: Three suspects fled the horrific load vehicle crash in Sierra Vista on October 16. Two suspects have been caught, however the suspect thought to be the driver is still on the loose.
'Major incident' involving invaders reported on Fort Huachuca

October 16, 2004 - 2:32 pm -- American Patrol has been told that an incident occurred on the Fort Huachuca military base in Sierra Vista, Arizona this morning involving serious aggression by suspected invaders resulted in injuries serious enough to require civilian ambulances being brought in from outside the base. --- UPDATE - 2:40 pm: Apparently this incident involved a major accident on State Route 90 near Huachuca City [see area map]. Several fatalities were reported. UPDATE - 2:45 pm: New info indicates that two separate incidents may have occurred; one involving a confrontation between invaders and the Border Patrol on the base, and another on Hwy. 90 involving the suspected load vehicle. The info indicates that fatalities are involved in the Hwy. 90 incident, but it's unclear just what casualties, if any, occurred on the base during the confrontation. No civilians are being allowed on base at this tme. -- UPDATE - 6 pm - Here's the current casualty count from the crash on Hwy. 90: 7 fatalities (5 suspected illegals, 2 thought to be local residents); 30 injured, 14 of whom are reported to be in critical condition in Arizona hospitals.

6:08 pm -- We have it on good information that the moderator at the final Presidential Debate in Tempe, Arizona will ask the candidates a question about Arizona's Proposition 200. Don't miss this! (At 6:53 pm Pacific time the question was asked. Neither candidate gave an acceptable answer. The question wasn't about Prop. 200 specifically, but about border security. Bush went into the same old routine about working for 50 cents in Mexico and $5 in the U.S., etc. Complete balderdash bordering on disgusting.)

Border watchdog arrested in Sierra Vista, Arizona
September 21, 2004 -- 6:10 pm PDT -- American Patrol has learned that Jack Foote, head of Ranch Rescue, was arrested in Sierra Vista today and is being held at the Cochise County Sheriff's substation. It is unknown on what charges he is being held. More details when they become available.
Invaders flooding into U.S. despite increased patrols

August 27, 2004 -- At 8 am Friday morning, Pacific Daylight Saving Time, the Border Patrol was engaged in chasing 200 illegal aliens in and around Sierra Vista, Arizona. One group was being rounded up on the Fort Huachuca Army base by MPs. -- -- 08:15 am PDT -- A large group of invaders was spotted in Black Canyon on Ft. Huachuca. A call went out for the BP helicopter to aid on apprehension but it is busy chasing down a group of 30 near the San Pedro River.
Wide-open borders encourage more attacks on America
Sierra Vista, Arizona - August 20, 2004 - 2:30 pm -- According to a reliable source, three terrorists crossed the border into the United States from Mexico yesterday. Two were apprehended. The FBI learned that the terrorists came to assassinate the military personnel who work in store-front recruiting offices in the Sierra Vista mall in Sierra Vista, Arizona. -- The recruiters were briefed on the situation and told to be on the alert and to notify local police of any suspicious activity. -- The nationality of the terrorists is not known. -- In the face of American Patrol's skepticism, our source insisted the story is true.

August 18, 2004 -- Sierra Vista, Arizona - 8:04 am - The America Border Patrol headquarters received a report from a reliable source saying that Military Police were rounding up 20 suspected illegal aliens on the Fort Huachuca Military Reservation just about 8 am today. Fort Huachuca is just outside Sierra Vista, Arizona.
White House getting hammered on Bush's latest invader-rewarding shenanigans
August 10, 2004 -- A reader contacted the headquarters of American Patrol this morning to report an interesting exchange with a White House comment line operator. Our reader was voicing his opinion on George Bush's latest scheme to overlook the millions of Mexicans squatting illegally on U.S. soil [see this feature item], and the opinion was not very favorable toward Señor Bush. The operator told the caller that the phones have been ringing off the hook with calls chastising both Bush and his sidekick Hutchinson ever since news of the scheme broke, and the operator further stated that Bush's scheme didn't meet with her approval either.
Major operation underway in the Sasabe, Arizona area

August 9, 2004 -- 1 pm ---The Border Patrol launched a major operation near Sasabe, Arizona, this morning [see map]. It involved more than 800 agents and resulted in the impoundment of 27 vehicles before 9 a.m. today. The operation also nabbed a number of locals who were driving vehicle used to transport illegal aliens. Special Reconnaissance Teams (SRT) shut down hilltop "spotters" who were using night vision scopes to report Border Patrol location to smugglers via cell phone.
Arizona Proposition 200 very likely to appear on the ballot
August 5, 2004 -- 9:55 am -- Arizona Prop. 200, or the Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act, will likely make it to the voters. The word is that the signature validity rate on petitions is exceeding 80%, amazing election officials around the state. An announcement is said to be imminent. Stay tuned.
17 Suspected Invaders Nailed in Miller Canyon

August 4, 2004 - 8:30 am PDT -- Sierra Vista, Arizona -- Border Patrol agents have nabbed 17 suspected illegal aliens in Miller Canyon. One suspect was suffering from a snake bite. As of this report, EMTs have not arrived at the scene to treat the suspect. American taxpayers ill be stuck with the bill, as usual.
Border Patrol involved in another chase in Arizona
August 3, 2004 - An American Border Patrol Hawkeye was on Highway 92 in Sierra Vista last evening about 9:40 p.m. when the person observed a Border Patrol involved in a "low speed chase" of a fairly new, off white pickup truck. The truck was riding very low suggesting a very heavy load. As the truck turned on to Buffalo Soldiers Trail northbound, it sped up beyond the fifty mile per hour speed limit, leaving the Hawkeye behind. The Hawkeye later learned that the truck was stopped at the Border Patrol check point on Highway 90 north of Huachuca City. Contents of the truck were not revealed.
Invader threatens Southern Arizona rancher

July 27, 2004 -- 9:20 am -- At about 8 am this morning a rancher near Arivaca, Arizona (west of Nogales) encountered a group of about 20 illegal aliens. When he reached for his cell phone to call the Border Patrol, the coyote threatened him and tried to stop him from using the phone. The rancher already had the Border Patrol on the phone and told them of the on-going confrontation. The B.P. had a helicopter overhead within five minutes.
Border Patrol Attacked near Naco, Arizona
July 27, 2004 -- At about 10:20 pm last evening the Border Patrol near Naco, Arizona, observed a group of more than 40 people climbing over the border fence that runs a short distance east and west of the small town. Thinking it might have been a diversion, the agents held back only to see about five people cross at a different location carrying what turned out to be drugs. As the agents moved in to apprehend the invaders they were met with a hail of rocks. Two B.P. vehicles ended up with shattered windshields. Some of the crossers made it to a house trailer on Friendly street in Naco. It is not known how many were apprehended.
Priest quits church over illegal immigration issue

July 8, 2004 -- A priest in the Atlanta diocese was admonished by his archbishop for complaining that illegal aliens were hurting his parishioners. The priest told the archbishop that he was tired of watching the Catholic Church run an illegal alien smuggling ring. The archbishop warned him that failure to desist from making comments would lead to his being transfered. At that point the priest tore off his collar and threw it at the archbishop, saying "go to hell," and walked out, quitting the Church.

June 23, 2004 -- Most of the Deportation Officers in the Houston Texas office have reached the governments Overtime cap and are precluded from working OT until at least October 1st. That means that hardly anyone can escort dangerous criminal aliens out of the US. Many of them will either continue in detention (at about $80.00 per day per person) or will be released.
Arrogant Mexican raises stink in Reno

June 21, 2004 -- A Mexican became angry with an employee when a Reno Walgreens did not have Mexican flags for sale. The employee was polite at first, but when the man continued with insulting language, the employee pointed out that Reno is in the U.S., not Mexico. The Mexican disputed that claim. The employee said that she is well aware of American history and pointed out that Nevada was purchased from Mexico following the war in 1848. During the exchange, the store manager appeared and suggested that the employee end the argument. Two women nearby came to the employee's defense. The Mexican then stormed off, saying, "We are going to fight. This is Mexico and we are going to fight to take it back!" The employee was born in Japan.

Troublesome illegals continue to pose a threat in Cochise County

June 15, 2004 -- Three illegal aliens trespassed on private property in Hereford, Arizona this morning at about 5:30 am. One tried to break into a building. Calls to the Cochise County Sheriff's Office went unanswered. They were too busy to respond. Finally they answered -- Later, two deputies and a Border Patrol officer arrived and arrested the three about 1/8 of a mile from the building. No charges have been filed thus far.
'Round-up' of invaders in California inspires protest
Pomona, Calif. -- 7:45 pm PDT -- We have received news of a protest in the vicinity of Reservoir and Holt Streets involving about 100 Hispanic-looking participants blocking the intersection. The protest is said to be over the recent arrest of about 150 illegal aliens in the Inland Empire and eastern L.A. County areas. Police are monitoring the situation. The report came in at 7:15 pm PDT. -- UPDATE at 8:10 pm - Apparently the demonstrators have become violent and are throwing rocks at passing cars and damaging them.

June 8, 2004 -- Accord to reliable sources, Mexican children are being smuggled through Columbus, New Mexico, into the United States for sexual exploitation.

The Police chief of Columbus got a report from a Mexican man looking for his daughter. The Chief so incensed ­ started working on it ­ but federal authorities ignored him

On June 4 the FBI rescued two females, ages 12 and 14, in Cherokee County, GA, who were being held for sexual exploitation. One was smuggled through Columbus. According to these sources, the sheriff of Cherokee County refuses to make reports on this sexual exploitation and the perpetrators were never arrested.

The Chief of Police of Columbus is outraged over the failure of law enforcement, especially the sheriff of Cherokee County to take this sex slavery seriously.

May 30, 2004 -- My Open Records requests research have found that a company called "Justice Benefits International", a "business unit of Unificare, LTD, located at 2010 Valley View Lane, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75234, phone # 927-406-3701, MAKES MONEY by contracting with jails throughout the USA housing illegal aliens.   This company skims 20% of the US goverments payments to jails housing ILLEGAL ALIENS. Counties contract with JBI/Unificare, which serves as a liaison, or agent to the Feds.   Interesting that this is an "LTD", not Inc., indicating it is NOT a US company.   Can anyone in the Dallas area find out more about this company, for example WHO OWNS IT???

Document scam driven by invaders spreading in North Georgia
May 20, 2004 -- 3:45 pm PST-- Counties in north Georgia (Hall, Forsyth, Cherokee, etc.) are reporting a well organized document fraud scam involving birth certificates. It goes like this: Illegal alien women who give birth in the county claim they do not know who the father is. After birth, they obtain a birth certificate and five copies. Later, a man comes in and claims he is the father. The mother agrees. This causes the counties to issue yet another birth certificate, with a new name, and five copies. These ten certificates are then altered and used to claim U.S. birth for other babies born elsewhere. County officials have complained about this scam but the feds refuse to take action.

Officers chase suspects to the border

One Mexican living in Mexico City told his translator son (well educated legal American living in the U.S.) that Mexican TV and newspapers were saying that the American military was regularly invading Mexican territory. The man said Mexicans had a right to be in the Southwest because the TV and papers tell him it was stolen from Mexico.

April 13, 2004 - 11:15 am -- A lawyer was in a South Trust Bank in Atlanta yesterday when he noticed the man in front of him give the teller a Mexican matricula consular card. The problem was the man looked very Middle Eastern, not Mexican. The teller took about five minutes to clear the check which was drawn on the same bank. After giving the man the money, she said, "Thank you Mr. Gonzales." The lawyer said the man answered in a clear voice that had no trace of a Mexican accent.

March 31, 2004 - 12:15 MST - Sierra Vista, Arizona -- Word has it that military police in a high security area of Fort Huachuca are holding 30 illegal alien invaders and are waiting for the Border Patrol to come get them. Over 120 suspected invaders were captured on the reservation last Saturday alone.

March 24, 2004 -- Eight Hispanic (read Mexican American) lawyers from an L.A. law firm that specializes in hitting on anyone who interferes with reconquista, have shown up in Atlanta Georgia looking for plaintiffs to file actions against high school students who bothered illegal aliens. It is against Georgia State bar rules for lawyers to solicit clients and these guys aren't even licensed in Georgia. What's more, the Archdiocese of Atlanta is helping these clowns do their dirty work.
High-ranking ICE official reportedly dies in accident under suspicious circumstances

March 16, 2004 - 2:04 pm PST -- American Patrol has been informed that a high-ranking official with the Bureau of Customs and Immigration Enforcement was killed this morning in a solo-vehicle accident in a city in the southwestern U.S. Although this has not been confirmed by American Patrol, the report received by our offices indicated that the official may have been the victim of a shooting.
Strange Happenings in Atlanta

February 16, 2004 -- According to a very reliable source, two individuals observed at a gun show near Atlanta this weekend were not what they first appeared to be. At first glance the individuals appeared to be of Mexican origin, with dress and hair sort of "gang like." The source positioned himself so as to eves drop without being observed. When the individuals spoke privately to each other, they seemed to be speaking in Arabic. The source says the bone structure of the individuals resembled Middle Easterners.
Mexican invaders accused of trashing Georgia school
Canton, Georgia -- February 13, 2004 - 7 am PST -- According to reliable sources, Cherokee High School was vandalized last evening and illegal aliens from Mexico were caught in the act. The school is under lock down today. The attack follows an assault on illegal Mexicans by high school students. A teacher at the school was reported saying "the war has begun." February 12, 2004 -- Five high school students from Cherokee County, Georgia were arrested last night for beating people they believed were illegal aliens from Mexico. According to reporters such incidents are more common than reported because law enforcement is covering them up.
Foreign nationals working for the Border Patrol?
Cochise County, Arizona -- January 29, 2004 -- A citizen (retired law enforcement officer) called the Naco, Az. Border Patrol station to report sighting Middle Eastern-looking men walking near the U.S. - Mexico border. The citizen said, "they don't look Mexican." The Border Patrol agent, a female, said, "Well, I'm Mexican." The citizen was outraged that U.S. Border Patrol agents don't consider themselves to be Americans first.
Invasion picking up speed

January 27, 2004 -- Sources have revealed that hits on ground sensors installed in the border area in southern Cochise County, Arizona have increased significantly in recent days. This is a very good indication that the flow of foreign invaders into the U.S. from Mexico is rapidly on the rise despite what the feds may tell the public.

January 13, 2004 -- A restaurant owner in northern Georgia has been known for some time for his habit of employing illegal aliens. In the past months he has expanded his operation to include smuggling of illegal aliens from Mexico, making trips to the border to collect his prizes. He then sets them up in half-way-houses, and has them work off their coyote fees by working for him, while at the same time paying his rents. A reporter has been documenting all of this. When he took his documentation to the local office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement they said they were not interested.
Border Patrol has camera woes
Cochise County, Arizona -- 1/6/04 -- American Patrol has obtained information indicating that the Border Patrol has destroyed another $100,000 camera, the second in three months. The first one was destroyed when a supervisor drove under a bridge while the camera was extended. The latest one was ruined when an agent extended a camera into live power lines.

12/30/03 -- American Patrol has received information about one or more powerful AM radio transmitters being operated on Baja California, Mexico, on the 560 khz AM frequency, the channel used by KSFO in San Francisco. Word has it that the Mexicans are upset about opinions expressed on KSFO concerning the Mexican invasion.
Apparent feud between BICE and the Border Patrol

Tucson -- December 17, 2003 -- American Patrol has received a rumor concerning the head of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE) in Tucson. Word has it that this individual has told all of his people that they are not to call the Border Patrol when encountering suspected illegal aliens. There is apparently a feud going on between BICE and the BP in southern Arizona.
More Government Incompetence Involving Illegals

12/15/03 -- An automobile dealer in Atlanta was defrauded when a buyer handed him a bad check for $14,000. When the man was caught it was learned he was an illegal alien from Nigeria. He was tried and convicted and sentenced to prison. When Cherokee county officials notified the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) that they had an illegal alien in custody, the USCIS came to the prison and removed the man for immediate deportation. Then the USCIS learned that they didn't have enough beds to house the man and they released him, with notification to appear for a hearing. He disappeared. They then learned there was yet another warrant out for his arrest.
Commercial Air Travel: Phony IDs widespread
12/10/03 -- Baggage screeners at a California airport recently noticed an unusual object in a checked piece of luggage when it was going through x-ray equipment. Upon physically checking the bag, they discovered a tightly banded stack of 60 identification cards, all with different names but the same photo on them. At least one of the cards was a Mexican matricula consular card. Air Marshals found the person who checked the luggage (a Middle-Eastern individual) and removed him from the aircraft. Sources have told American Patrol that incidents like this are widespread.
They just sneak in to do jobs Americans won't do
12/09/03 - 5:05 pm PST -- The Department of Homeland Security's Customs Enforcement division is said to be on a high state of alert. They are reportedly concerned with the possibility of terrorists entering the United States across the Mexican border.
In-flight Insecurity

11/6/03 -- Recently a Homeland Security sky marshal, who had been a Border Patrol agent, noticed 3 suspicious characters leaving the plane he was aboard. As they left, the sky marshal interviewed the three. They admitted that they were all in the country illegally (they were Mexicans), and that they had used forged documents to board the flight.
    The air marshal notified the INS. They showed up at the airport, took the suspects into custody, then released them to the airline (Delta Airlines) thereafter.
    The airline put the illegals up in a hotel because they had missed their connecting flight. Delta also paid for their meals, and provided them with a Spanish-speaking chauffeur.
    Delta then complained to the the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) about the detention by the sky marshal. The DHS then fired the sky marshal.
    The sky marshal complained to the union and was reinstated with a 7 day suspension.
    The sky marshal reports that other sky marshals have had similar experiences and may join a class action suit.
Correction
10/26/03 -- Yesterday we posted an item in the Rumor Mill suggesting that the fires in Southern California were some kind of or retaliation by the Mexican government or Mexicans. Upon investigation, we can find no reliable source or basis for this suggestion and we apologize for posting it.

10/25/03 -- 5:30 pm -- (E-mail to American Patrol): The Mexican government and numerous Mexicans have been making threats about retaliation for revoking licenses for illegal aliens. -- Do you think the CA fires part of that retaliation? -- It is very unusual to have this many fires.
More Annoying Invader Woes in Atlanta
October 22, 2003 -- A Catholic parish in northern Atlanta is confronting a serious illegal alien problem. Illegals have been demanding money and, recently demanded access the the parish's computer records and paper files of birth certificates and confirmation records (obviously to help them in producing phony documents.) The parish has also been used as a "neutral ground" for gang members. This Monday night the church council intends to confront the issue by forcing the illegals out and changing the locks. Word is that Catholic priests in the "Hispanic Mission" of northern Atlanta have actually helped illegal obtain church records and hard copies of birth certificates and confirmation records.
Your Government At Work on The Border
Sierra Vista, AZ -- October 21, 2003 -- 4:12 pm PDT -- American Patrol has been informed that when OTMs (other than Mexicans) are apprehended, they are taken to the Border Patrol station in Tucson. There they are asked where they are going (New York, Detroit, Chicago, L.A., etc.). They are then issued notices to appear in their city of destination in one year, and then they are given bus fare to those cities. --- Also, there is a road south of Bisbee that runs toward Naco Junction near Naco Airport in southern Cochise County. The Border Patrolmen in the area are told that if they are from the Douglas Station, they are to leave SBIs (suspected border intruders) who are spotted on the west side of the road alone, since that is the area the Naco station is responsible for. Agents from the Naco station are told not to disturb SBIs they spot on the east side of the road. Your government at work.

Sierra Vista, Arizona -- October 16, 2003 -- A Border Patrol officer from Cochise County took 11 Brazilian illegals to the Border Patrol facility in Tucson recently. When he delivered the invaders, he remarked [paraphrased], "Here are 11 more for you to turn loose". He was told that the Border Patrol wasn't doing that anymore, and they were just releasing illegal Central Americans.
Useful domain name said to have been reserved

Los Angeles -- October 13, 2003 -- Word has it that American Patrol has reserved the domain name RecallTerminator.org --- "just in case."
Border conditions continue to worsen

October 1, 2003 - Cochise County, Arizona -- Conditions along the border continue to deteriorate. Budget problems have forced the Border Patrol to return "detailers" (agents temporarily detailed to Douglas and Naco Border Patrol stations in Arizona) to their original assignments. This has left NACO with as few as fifteen agents per shift. The NACO phone system is still out of order. Still, the NACO station is picking up hundreds of "getaways" from the Douglas station along Arizona State Routes 80 and 90. In one recent shift the Douglas station made no apprehensions.
Something amiss at the DHS

September 30, 2003 -- Morale in the Department of Homeland Security is on the decline. Many are seeking transfers out. One of the main reasons cited is the continuing influence of "Clintonistas" who work overtime to defeat any attempt to enforce laws against illegal immigration. Bush still refuses to replace these holdovers, leaving many to conclude that he agrees with them.
Mexican government helping would-be invaders again

September 25, 2003 -- The Border Patrol's new policy of lateral deportation (flying illegals to Texas from Arizona) is being countered by the Mexican government. According to reliable sources, the Mexican consulate is meeting deportees at the Port of Entry in El Paso with bus and meal tickets to go to Sonora. The Mexicans are not given any choice such as returning home -- they are told they must go to Sonora or nowhere.
Deported illegals return, steal same jobs

September 22, 2003 -- A small company in Canton, Georgia (30 miles north of Atlanta) was recently raided by the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Twenty five illegal aliens were apprehended and deported to Mexico. Within a week and a half, all were back on the job with phony IDs and SS #s. Owners of the firm threatened legal American workers with reprisal if they reported the violations to law enforcement.

The company is Japanese owned.


Morris Dees Cuts and Runs
September 15, 2003 -- Morris Dees and the Southern Poverty Law Center have dropped their lawsuit against Texas rancher Joe Sutton over the alleged mistreatment of four Mexicans. The issue involving the Salvadoran illegals is still pending. Word has it that Dees may be in trouble. Stay tuned.
Border Patrol Playing Hooky?
9/9/03 -- Citizens of Cochise County, Arizona, have tried to report suspected illegals to the Border Patrol's Naco Station today, but their phones have gone unanswered. -- Border Patrol officials in Douglas contacted by American Patrol could provide no explanation for this problem.
Border Patrol lacks resources
9/4/03 -- Cochise County, Arizona --- On September 3 at about 7:35 pm, an American Border Patrol Hawkeye reportedly spotted two suspected border intruders (SBIs) walking along the San Pedro River near Charleston Road, approximately 24 miles north of the Mexican border. The Hawkeye reported the sighting to the Border Patrol. They told the citizen that they could not respond due to a lack of resources.
Illegals flooding into Chicago
9/4/03 -- On Tuesday, September 2, passengers were not allowed to immediately deplane when their flight from Phoenix landed in Chicago. BICE found 89 illegal aliens on board the flight. Most were from Mexico. Officials in Chicago say that it's likely that about 1,000 illegals arrive in the Windy City daily using the airlines.
Things are heating up in Georgia

Atlanta -- 8/27/03 -- 7:10 am PDT -- A construction contractor reports that Latino workers in and around Atlanta are becoming very militant. They are angry over increased immigration law enforcement, and claim harassment by blacks. Urged on by Spanish language media, including pirate stations, they are planning civil disobedience... or worse.
Shootout between Border Patrol and smugglers reported
August 20, 2003 -- We have received reports that a shootout occurred between Border Patrol agents and Mexican drug smugglers near Sasabe, Arizona, last evening at about 6:15 pm local time. ABP is awaiting more information on this incident.
Intruders in distress detained in Hereford, Arizona

August 12, 2003 - 1:30 pm PDT -- A housewife in Hereford, Ariz., called American Border Patrol this afternoon and said that six Brazilians showed up at her doorstep earlier today asking for water. One of the Brazilians appeared to be near death. The woman called the Border Patrol. When they arrived, they told the woman that they could not communicate with the suspected border intruders (SBIs)because they could not speak Portuguese. She understood that the SBIs would be taken to Tucson where they would be photographed and released.
Homeland Insecurity -- Illegals flood military base
8/1/03 -- American Patrol has received information about an incident on Fort Huachuca (Arizona) last night in which MPs encountered about 300 suspected illegal aliens on the base. Of the 300, 63 were rounded up and apprehended, while the remaining suspects escaped into Arizona. All those captured turned out to be OTMs (other than Mexicans). The Border Patrol is prohibited from going on base unless they are invited.
