I called and confirmed (with his wife) the home telephone number of Richard Fulkenson, the banking commissioner who is quoted as saying he is writing a letter to banks validating the sham card. His home number is: 303.773.0744. The work phone of Barbra Walker of the Independent Bankers, also quoted in the piece, is: 303.832.2000
