CA Senator "One Bill" Gil Cedillo wants to declare CA an OPEN BORDERS STATE.

He introduced his Senate resolution on September 3.
He is affectionately referred to as "One bill" Gil because for years he has been introducing ONE bill in the CA Senate: a bill to grant illegal aliens CA drivers licenses.
