California has the worst roads in the nation. Add to this the worst schools, and we are looking more and more like Mexico all the time.

Warren Olney: "Back again to Viola Gonzalez, the Latino Issues Forum, against Proposition 42, what would the money go for if it didn't go for transportation?"

Gonzalez: "Well, it may help us help people get health care. For Latinos who have a very high labor participation, we find ourselves without health care coverage. There are very few avenues that are available to fund programming that is relevant to us."
