A group of suspected border-intruders-in-waiting in the park (la plaza) of Palomas, Chihuahua, waiting for dark to sneak across the border. There were approximately 75 people there just sitting and waiting. We had conversations with some and found that all to whom we spoke were from the interior of Mexico.

On Palomas city streets, in broad daylight, we saw, and we overheard, SBIs-in-waiting being given instructions and tickets (probably bus tickets from Deming, NM).

A load truck, waiting along side the road only 2 miles from the Mexican border just west of Bisbee, AZ. Smugglers will leave old vehicles in predetermined places and illegals will just get in and drive away. This vehicle has no registration, no plates and a starter button where the ignition would be.
