According to agents in the Nogales area, the animals routinely throw rocks, garbage, and fireworks at our men from the Mexican side of the wall. I have also been told of armed Mexican soldiers routinely crossing over onto our side before being chased back and sometimes they actually shoot at our Border Patrol.
