Part 1 of this article is available here

Most people are familiar with the old saw, "What a tangled web we weave, when at first we practice to deceive." And even more familiar is the old saying, "Politics makes for strange bedfellows." That couldn't be more true than what you find in international politics. And the level of deceit is sometimes mind boggling - very confusing - because the tangled web is often hard to unravel or trace out. For the simple minded, if the equation gets more complicated than "one plus one equals two," then it's too high to be understood, in their estimation, by anyone. They resent intelligence. And for the nut-case conspiracy theorists, everyone's conclusion is wrong but their own, because they see their intellect as superior to everyone else - in their estimation, everyone else is arriving at simple minded solutions, failing to grasp the endless string of riddles and enigmas, many of which do not actually exist. Neither the simple minded nor the nut-case conspiracy theorist lives in the real world. They live in worlds of their own making, their own design and their own laws of relativity. I heard from both factions in response to Part 1 of AZTLAN. But I also heard from people who confirmed what I wrote, because they are, in one way or another, seeing what I see, experiencing the realities of what I have gone out and experienced, and they are uncovering the same facts. Some of them, like myself, have even felt the heel of the boot of those who are creating these tangled webs and trying to silence those of us who are exposing these dark deeds, these acts of deceit.

Since writing Part 1 , more events on the world stage have unfolded, and more facts have come to light through some of the personal accounts of people writing to me, of events or activities they have witnessed. In some cases it was possible to corroborate events or activities. In other cases, the corroboration was provided. And for yet others, no corroboration was needed, because based upon my own personal experiences, the truth of what they said was obvious and apparent.

Almost immediately upon the heels of Part 1 being published, a news story <http://www.kobtv.com/archive/2003/february/21/railroad.htm> carried on Albuquerque's KOB-TV 4 that originated out of Chicago, IL while New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson was on a trip there, reported that Gov. Richardson announced that "he and Governor Patricio Martinez of Chihuahua, Mexico, are considering a plan to create a railroad freight loop around Juarez, Mexico, and El Paso, Texas, to Albuquerque." As pointed out in Part 1 , Richardson is forbidden by the U.S. Constitution from entering into any agreements of commerce or war with any foreign power or government. There is no act of Congress on record, granting Richardson authority to do this. Moreover, the building of a railroad falls under the purview of the U.S. Department of Transportation. But more importantly, "Why do they want a railroad loop?" There are already iron rails from Albuquerque to El Paso/Juarez. That stretch of railroad is already one of the most heavily monitored by the U.S. Border Patrol, because it is one of the most heavily used by illegal aliens. From northeast El Paso to Alamogordo, New Mexico, Border Patrol agents are kept running night and day, catching illegals who jump from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe train on its northern trek, and go running through the greasewood brush and mesquite, to awaiting vehicles, to be transported somewhere into the American Southwest. Since a railroad from El Paso/Juarez to Albuquerque already exists, and has since 1863, why does Richardson and Martinez want to build their own? Why isn't Congress or the Bush Administration raising hell over this? Oh that tangled web of deceit!

Another news item on the heels of Part 1 , is a news story from ABC News/Reuters <http://abcnews.go.com/wire/World/reuters20030222_260.html> regarding Mexico's strong opposition to America going to war with Iraq. It wasn't so very long ago that President Vicente` Fox was telling America how he stood shoulder to shoulder with America and George W. Bush, against all terrorism. Of course at the same time, Fox and Bush were acting like long lost brothers, and negotiating a blanket amnesty plan for the 5.5 million illegal Mexican aliens in America, a plan that would allow them to not only stay in America, but get them Social Security, too, even though they've never paid a penny into it. Since the War on Terrorism has been going on though, Bush has been almost silent on the matter of blanket amnesty, much to the chagrin of Vicente` Fox, who has made some very snide, insulting remarks about Bush and America for not proceeding ahead with the amnesty plan. Could it be that Mexico is trying to blackmail America into granting amnesty for the millions of illegal Mexicans, by opposing the Iraq war? Does it strike anyone as odd, that under the regime of Slick Willy Clinton, the Border Patrol was more or less put on a vacation work schedule, where they were ordered to be less than vigilant in the performance of their duty to catch illegal Mexicans? Then G.W. comes along and was cutting a deal, right before America's eyes, to give these same illegal's temporary citizenship. Remember Rod Serling and his Twilight Zone . . . and Night Gallery? "Picture if you will . . . . . a big, tangled spider's web, that enigmatic, circular pattern, resembling an Indian Dream Catcher . . . and a big, orange bellied Black Widow spider setting in the middle of it, just waiting for her prey!" This web of international political intrigue resembles a spiders web, right out of the Twilight Zone!

On February 27th, the Rocky Mountain News (link at end of this article) reported that 37 illegal aliens were arrested on February 26th, at Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Warren AFB is home to the Air Force Spa ce Command's 90th Space Wing, which maintains 150 Minuteman III and 50 Peacekeeper missiles over a 12,600-square-mile area of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. The illegal aliens were working for a subcontractor at the base, as construction workers, having used fraudulent identification papers to obtain employment. Officials at Warren AFB said that this was an extremely serious security breach in which foreigners were able to penetrate a powerful U.S. military installation. While Air Force and INS officials did not believe that any of the aliens intended to do any harm at the base, the situation proved how easily American military security can be breached and installations penetrated. In New Mexico, the Air Force has three highly strategic bases: Cannon AFB at Clovis, NM; Holloman AFB at Alamogordo, NM (which is now all but run by the German Air Force and has built its own German community in Alamogordo. Various areas of Holloman AFB now have signs declaring it to be United Nations property.); and Kirtland Air Force Base at Albuquerque, NM. New Mexico is also home to Los Alamos National Laboratories, White Sands Missile Range and Northern MacGregor Range, all high security installations, that can be easily penetrated. Illegal aliens are frequently found working at all of these facilities, having used bogus identification to obtain employment, while American residents, regardless of race, are frequently denied employment at any of these facilities, despite having proper, legal identification.

On February 26th, 2003, five illegal Mexican aliens kidnapped and murdered US Border Patrol agent Jorge Luis Salomon. Salomon was a 23 year old agent of Hispanic dissent. His head had been crushed by a reportedly, 50 pound boulder. His body was found in Bacoachi, Mexico, a town some 40 miles south of the Arizona border. (http://www.sierratimes.com/03/03/02/arpubmd030203.htm).

In June of 2001, I wrote a story for my print magazine, No B.S. News, regarding a luncheon meeting between UN Secretary General Kofi (Goofy) Anon and all nine U.S. Supreme Court Justices, on May 23rd, 2001. While the event received some speculative coverage in the national news media, "why" this meeting took place seemed a mystery to everyone. First of all, it was unprecedented. Never in the history of the United Nations, had any U.S. Supreme Court Justice ever met with a UN Secretary General. To this day, none of these parties will answer any questions regarding that meeting. While it may be speculative to try to determine what the meeting was for, by applying a bit of Sherlock Holmes' "deductive reasoning," we can get closer to the truth. First, there are absolutely no legal issues or consultations of jurisprudence, that should, or could "legally" (keeping in mind the U.S. Constitution) bring these ten people together. There is not a single legal issue affecting Anon or the UN, that would fall into the purview of the United States Constitution. In fact, any meeting regarding any issues, political, legal or matters of state, would have to go to the U.S. Dept. of State, not the Supreme Court. But there is an issue that the U.S. Supreme Court is going to be ruling on in the near future, albeit totally illegal and un-Constitutional, and that being "THE UNITED STATES PROGRAM FOR GENERAL AND COMPLETE DISARMAMENT IN A PEACEFUL WORLD - DEPARTMENT OF STATE PUBLICATION 7277."(<http://www.mikenew.com/pub7277.html> )(This is only one of hundreds of websites where this document can be found). This document was released in September 1961. This document essentially eliminates all nationalism in the world, disarms every nation, while creating a behemoth sized UN Peace-keeping force . . . strips all citizens of all countries of their nationality, as well as their Constitutional rights . . . eliminates the right to own any firearms, or to decent, depart from or defend oneself against this new world order. Several target dates have been set, and subsequently pushed back, over the years, for the implementation and completion of this effort. On the face of it, it has the appearance and sound of being a good thing, after all, who doesn't want to live in peace? We all do, but not at the expense of becoming slaves to any power or any state, especially not a global village state, where one's thoughts are subject to criminal prosecution, imprisonment, even execution! Rights do not exist in this global village.

Under exactly what circumstances this Supreme Court decision will come about is speculative, it will none-the-less go something like this: There will have been more world war, nuclear exchanges between nuclear powers, and some super-politician is going to come forward as a "peacemaker," and the people of the world (and most certainly America) are going to be told that it is our nationalism and our constitutions which are responsible for all of the world's evils and ills, and that we need to scrap our constitutions, our national sovereignty and our selfish constitutional rights. And thus shall the U.S. Supreme Court step forward and weigh the heavy decision . . . which has already been made, but we're just being paranoid . . . and the nine black robed justices will tell us how "constitutional" it is for all of this to take place, and with the stroke of a pen, everything that makes America what it is, will be "legally" eliminated. Those of us who resist, disobey or fight back, will be labeled as criminals. Some of us already are, for those very reasons.

At the time that this luncheon was taking place, there were some supposed rumors going around, about America's

most recently impeached Chief Executive, Slick Willy Clinton, possibly becoming the next UN Secretary General in 2002. There was wide speculation that Anon was going to get the boot. Then Clinton made a whirl wind tour of Africa and the Middle East, then Asia, and miraculously, Goofy Anon was easily re-elected as the UN's ruling potentate. But the rumors about Slick Willy weren't really rumors. As many Americans will remember, during his impeachment, Clinton conducted himself not as one who was in danger of being disgraced and booted out the front door of the White House on his derriere, but rather, in a very non-chalant, devil may care attitude, as one who had nothing to worry about. Because he didn't. Certain sources whose identities must be protected, because otherwise their lives wouldn't be worth much, confirmed that during Clinton's impeachment, certain senior diplomats of several countries represented at the UN, gave Clinton assurances, that if in-fact his impeachment led to his removal from office, he would be elected as the Secretary General of the United Nations. This isn't hot air, or wild-eyed speculation - it is very much for real.

But, Slick Willy managed to blackmail his way out of being thrown out of office - by threatening many members of the U.S. Senate with exposure of some very damning and embarrassing events they had participated in, some of them even highly illegal. No! U.S. Senators breaking the law? Absurd! There' s no corruption in Congress, is there? Slick Willy blackmailing corrupt Congressmen? Well, that's why they call him "Slick Willy!"

Bill Richardson was the U.S. Representative for New Mexico, when Clinton got elected in 1992. He and Clinton already had a long, close association. Then in 1997, Clinton brought Richardson into the inner fold, to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. He was hailed as America's first Hispanic Ambassador to the UN. But his stint there was short-lived. As more and more scandals broke out on Bill Clinton in 1998, the Department of Energy became a high profile office, and he was nominated by Clinton to head the Energy Department. It was no accident that Richardson was tapped for this post. His family has millions of dollars invested in oil companies, and had millions more in Enron. There's a pretty fair biography on Richardson in the National Review archives (the link is broken - use a search engine) which reveals that the Richardson version of his rags to riches life isn't quite so rooted in poverty. He was supposedly born in Pasadena, California, although there are some who claim that he was actually born in Mexico, and that a U.S. birth certificate was purchased for him by his father. He is the son of a now deceased multi-millionaire bank executive of Citibank from Boston, working in Mexico, and an extremely wealthy Mexican socialite mother, who has for years rubbed elbows with world's powerful elite, including the Bush clan and the Rockefellers. Although he was supposedly born in Pasadena, he grew up in Mexico, and it wasn't until he was about 18 that he ever lived in America. He was sent to a very prestigious boarding school in Massachusetts, along with the children of some of the world's most powerful elite. He later attended Tuft's University, his father's alma mater. There is some evidence that he may have met George W. Bush back then.

Richardson was basically a man without a state. After his college graduation, he had wangled some petty jobs in Washington politics, filling a few low key positions for various members of congress, from different states. Having seen the power wielded by some members of congress, Richardson desperately wanted to get into political office. He chose New Mexico to be his new home in 1978, joining the Democratic party and getting involved. In 1980, he challenged the incumbent, Rep. Manuel Lujan for his seat in Congress. Richardson attempted to start scandals on Lujan, making serious accusations against Lujan's moral character and honesty. Lujan defeated Richardson.

As a result of the 1980 census, New Mexico had earned a third seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. Richardson ran in a wide open field of candidates. However, in the middle of the election, Richardson was caught lying about his qualifications and experiences in Washington. He claimed in his campaign literature that he had worked for Sen. Hubert Humphrey for 3 years, as his senior foreign affairs advisor on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. In reality, he had worked only two years for Humphrey, as little more than an intern serving a low level sub-committee. He was basically a gopher.

In addition to his lies about his resume`, his campaign finances came into question. He had no money of his own, yet miraculously came up with $100,000 dollars, which he claimed to have borrowed from a bank. It turned out that his mother wangled him the $100,000, through a Mexican bank. A federal criminal probe was initiated. Richardson had been trying to hide his real past as the wealthy son of wealthy socialites. He had even been telling some of his prospective voters that he grew up in New Mexico. The state and federal criminal probes exposed his true past, however Richardson was elected by small margin, although many claimed that many of his voters had been trucked in from Mexico and given bogus voter registration cards. After his election, the powerful New Mexico Democratic Party managed to get the investigation of Richardson called off. Oddly, Governor William Jefferson Clinton of Arkansas aided in helping Richardson out. This was the last time Richardson would have to worry about financial matters at election time. And the Mena, Arkansas/Tucumcari, NM drug flow began to move like a river.

Richardson was elected governor of New Mexico in 2002. However, New Mexico was plagued with voter fraud, as were many states in the 2002 election. Ballot boxes were illegally opened - some disappeared - some ballots destroyed only a day or so after the election. Some sources say that as many as 160,000 votes were cast in the NM election, by illegal Mexican aliens, who crossed the border in droves, in both Arizona and New Mexico, to seriously alter election outcomes in both states. Numerous voter fraud investigations are still on-going in both New Mexico and Arizona. In Arizona, a fraud investigation is continuing into the election of Raul Grijalva of the 7th U.S. Congressional district. Grijalva is an angry racist and very outspoken in favor of Aztlan/Republica del Norte`. He, like Hector Correon and Professor Charles Truxillo, consider any and all opposition to their criminal conspiracy to over-throw the American Southwest, as racism. (Read Part 1 if your not familiar with this). Grijalva has been trying to get the FBI to investigate and arrest Citizen Border Patrols and various patriot organization members, as hate promoters. He especially wants Americans of Latin heritage, who oppose the Aztlan/Republic of the North conspiracy, to be arrested for hate crimes, because he considers them to be traitors. Grijalva, Fox and Richardson are friends.

There is a lot of speculation by main stream news media, that Bill Richardson is posturing himself for a 2004 presidential bid. On top of that, in recent weeks, this same main stream news media has been reporting on new rumors about Bill Clinton being the favorite candidate for Secretary General of the UN. At present, it seems highly un-likely that Richardson would have even a remote chance of running a serious campaign for president, because he quite simply has way too many skeletons in his closet. However, if one considers the fact that the United Nations is the world advocate for the destruction of nationalism, and the establishment of the global village, a goal shared by Bill Clinton as a co-architect of the New World Order, then it is easy to understand, that Richardson's meetings with other globalists, and his highly suspicious activities, would be for the purpose of installing him as the Governor-General of Aztlan/Republica del Norte`.

America is facing the most violent, destructive state of hostility in her history. Our nation is being steadily surrounded and invaded by our enemies. America is in a fatal Catch 22 situation. Think for a moment of the movie "Fatal Attraction." The husband has an affair with a strange woman, who turns out to be a real head case. The husband represents corrupt politicians/government leaders. The woman represents foreign powers. Like all deceptive leaders, the husband hides his real activities from his wife - he has to - otherwise, he'd get the big boot, as he deserves. Then the head case enters the home, and tries to kill the wife, and eventually, the philandering husband.

That house is the wife's home. She represents the honest citizens of America. Her home was invaded by a violent murdering enemy. It was no time to lead a war protest, or to turn her back on her home. And her husband could be dealt with later. Her primary responsibility to herself, her home, her self-preservation - stop her enemy, with whatever force was necessary.

Supporting the war against Iraq, is not synonymous with supporting George W. Bush, just in case you don't like him, or follow that line of thought. Being a war protestor does not make you a "Peacemaker" either, as some war protestor's claim. The war protestors are actually war mongers. And, they are idiots! They learn nothing from history. He who fails to learn from history, is destined to repeat it. Laying down your weapons NEVER inspires your enemies to retreat and go home. It is an invitation to annihilation. History proves that, every time. The war protestors insist that war never solves anything. History begs to differ. War has often solved many problems. And if not for the pacifists, those generaling the wars could have gone on and finished the job they were meant to do. If your house catches fire and the firemen come and put out the fire, but you run them off before they can ensure that the fire won't restart, don't blame the firemen when your house re-ignites and burns to the ground. That's what the war protesting pacifists do. General's George S. Patton and Douglas A. MacArthur, both wanted to put an end to communism in their respective theaters. The pacifists protested. As a result, America and the free world fought a 40 year Cold War, at a cost of trillions of dollars, thousands of lives, and today's present political/war situation.

No one of reasonable intelligence today, even remotely suggests that a war with Iraq, or any of America's other enemies, will bring "lasting peace." War merely eliminates the existing and immediate threats to current peace and safety, not to mention protecting life and limb. War protestors have reality completely twisted. They want us to believe that it is the good guys who cause war, and the bad guys who really want peace. They promote this same philosophy in everyday life - that if good, honest American citizens would just get rid of all their guns, the criminals and evil people would disarm too, and leave everybody alone. Since it is hard to believe that anybody can actually be that stupid, instead, it makes more sense to believe that these people know that they are promoting lies, and are themselves a part of the criminal and war mongering element that deprives society and the world of peace. It is the "peacenik" war protestors who are screaming for the global village and the mythical Utopia. And they intend to bring it about by force, and by war. It is the people who live by constitutionalized principles of freedom, liberty, right and wrong, that stands in their way. They intend to remove us, by whatever means they deem necessary.

I have to digress a bit, because I have been tasked by a couple of critics. One of the responses I received regarding Part 1 of this article, was very complimentary, with a "but," at the end of it. His "but" was an objection to what he characterized as "God rhetoric." He told me that including God rhetoric in my article lessened my credibility, and made it impossible for him to send my article to those who didn't believe in God. In my response to him I asked, "Just what part of life does God not exist or operate in?" I then explained that I am an old school journalist - and the old school is far superior to the new or modern school. In old school journalism, in which you tell the whole story, not a refined, condensed, stripped down version of it, it was rare to ever find any piece of journalism that did not include "God rhetoric," because most people, including journalists, recognized that God and his word is the ultimate and only true standard of morality, right & wrong and truth - and all things are measured by that yardstick. Moreover, I am a soldier - a medically retired Army colonel who spent more than 20 years in the field, all over the world, working in intelligence. I was a citizen-soldier, given a direct commission, which allowed me to walk in two worlds at once - civilian and military. I mention that because many pacifists who have never served in the military, suggest that soldiers are "brainwashed" with military mindedness, and that somehow makes them war mongers, unless of course they oppose a war. Consequently, what I write is based upon experience, knowledge, education and understanding, within the parameters of truth. Those who decide that there is no place for God in modern journalism (or anything else), are in essence declaring, that their thoughts, ideas, values and morals, are higher than God's, and that they have a higher truth than God's. Satan has that idea, too!

If my writing looses credibility with such people, so be it, and hallelujah! The truth is wasted upon people who deliberately reject God, in any matter. The prophecies of Scripture tell us what is going to happen in these troubled days. That is not a matter of personal interpretation of the Scriptures - it is a matter of fact - of reading, studying and understanding the Scriptures. So, then why do so many people have differing ideas or beliefs about the Scriptures? The answer is found in the Scriptures themselves. We are told that in the last days of this age, that nearly all who profess to be believers in the One true God, would cast truth to ground and follow their own godless ideas and desires, and that only a remnant would remain faithful. It is not hard to identify these people - they pay mere lip service to God and endorse values and morals condemned in the Scriptures, and mock at those who remain faithful to God and the Scriptures. You shall know them by their fruits!

America is indeed being surrounded by enemies, hell bent on destruction. In recent days, it was reported in the South Korean news media <http://times.hankooki.com/lpage/nation/200303/kt2003030417272311970.htm> and in Japan's news media, that a missile warhead from a North Korean missile, was found in Alaska. While mainstream news media has made little mention of this story, it has been the subject of discussion on many radio talk shows. The Bush Administration is being silent on the matter, probably because they think it could cause a panic. Maybe it should, and I doubt that it would result any worse than the lackadaisical implementation of the rainbow coded Alerts we've been experiencing since late 2001. About every 15 minutes, the powers from on-high in Washington give us a new Terrorist Alert and a new color level - and cause store shelves to be emptied of water, pork-n-beans, duct tape and plastic. People are getting tired of the little boy crying, "Wolf!" Eventually, nobody pays any attention to him anymore - and then one day the wolf arrives, and catches everybody unaware. Likewise, we are warned in the Scriptures, not to let the events of these times to catch us unaware. Nor are we to allow these times and events to harden us and make us cold and uncaring, like so many have become.

America is full of all manner of patriots and self-professed freedom fighters, and many of them calling themselves Christians. A few of these people are genuine - some are seriously misguided - and some are total frauds. Many of them are preaching hatred of Israel and praising the Palestinians, Arabs and Saddam Hussein. They are protesting the impending war with Iraq. Wolves in sheep's clothing! The see America's enemies as friends, and America's few friends as enemies. While they rightly see the government as our enemy, they want to go to war with the government, having over inflated their own egos with their own delusions and misguided beliefs, and think that they can defeat and topple the government. They think that they will re-establish America, under the Constitution, and under their guidance, will get America and history back on track, and everything will be back as it should - shooting deer, bear, elk and tin cans - drinking brews and eating apple pie. And life is supposed to go on for a few more centuries. These people are totally deceived and blinded - by their own doing! They are rushing headlong into destruction, and they want to take you down with them.

A lot of us expected war with Iraq to begin a few days ago, around March 3rd. Since President Bush's speech Thursday night, March 6th, many are now speculating March 17th for the war to begin. I also wrote in Part 1 that I thought that May 1st to May 5th might be a likely target period for an attack upon America. That is an opinion, not a whisper from on-high. It's possible that such an attack will come much later, but it is going to come - the Scriptures say so, and military/political analysts agree. They just don't talk about it publicly, because they don't want to frighten people. Most of our fellow citizens are the product of a "dumbed down" education system, which has deliberately taught people not to think, and a society which has ejected God from our schools, our government, our courts, and most ironically, from our churches. These people have no idea what to think or believe. For the most part, the Church in America looks more like the world than the world does. It was prophesied that this would happen. It is one of the chief milestones of events in prophetic time, telling us where we are at in God's scheme of things. But God has chosen some of us out of this world, to be witnesses to the truth, and do his will.

Many people wrote me regarding Part 1 , to say that they too recognize the demise of America - the ticking clock counting down our last days. Some people refuse to believe that. That's fine, they're welcome to believe whatever they want to believe - I'm not trying to convert them. I write for those who hunger and thirst after truth and understanding. I wonder what some of the other "journalists" are writing for? Conceited infatuation with their own opinions, their own words? Do they really care if they misinform their readers?

I participated in a poll a few days ago, and one of its final questions was a personal question : "What do you want your last words to be?" That was easy for me: "I told you so!"

Please, remember to pray for our soldiers and for President Bush. That's God's idea, not mine. I simply obey.
