------------------------------------------------------------

On the 7th of August, 2006, Ramon ( no last name available ) presented himself on the corner to hire eight (8) Day Laborers to work on a project at 93rd and Foster for three weeks. The verbal contract was made to work for 12 dollars per hour to be paid daily at the rate of 100 dollars per day. During the first week, Naomi Ahmed, who represented himself as Wild West Construction's jobsite superintendent, complied with the verbal agreement and paid the workers duly and on time.

The following week, Mr, Ahmed stated that it would be better for him to pay the workers weekly so as to not have to be running to the bank for cash every day, after three weeks, he failed to do so and at this time owes the workers $4,000 (four thousand dollars) for the work completed. His excuse to not pay is that the workers did not do a good job and refuses to pay them until the work is repaired to his liking. Further contact with Mr. Ahmed has led to negative results and he adamantly refuses to honor his contract with the workers.
