7/28/03 -- Time is running short! Thursday is the deadline for registering your opposition to bank acceptance of the controversial Mexican matricula ID cards used by illegal aliens. If you haven't already voted, please visit the Treasury Department's web site and vote "YES" to change the Treasury rule issued last May allowing banks to accept these cards and open bank accounts for illegal aliens.
