Suspect in Sight
    US Customs and Border Patrol helicopter circles Glenn Spencer on his ranch. "This happening with greater regularity," said Spencer, "even though I have been patrolling my ranch on the same route - three times a day for seven years." Spencer says a USBP camera tower is located 200 feet north of his home and can see his every move. "I can only conclude that the management of the Naco Border Patrol station have instructed its agents to follow my every move - even thought they know who I am and that I am not a threat."
    Spencer said when he returned from his patrol this morning a US Border Patrol supervisor's vehicle was parked in front of his house - just off the property line. Watch Video
