Educating U.S. Border Patrol Agents
    American Border Patrol is making good use of the back of its border banner. It has placed the first of a series of graphics on the back of the banner that can only be seen by the U.S. Border Patrol (with rare exceptions).
    Each day agents drive by the banner and can see the message placed there by ABP. "We plan some more educational graphics in the near future," said Glenn Spencer, founder and head of American Border Patrol.
