| Barriers Back Up Yesterday the U.S. Border Patrol replaced vehicle barriers at the San Pedro River in Southeastern Arizona. Absence of these barriers has been blamed on increased illegal traffic in the area. It is estimated that Border Patrol forklifts took about three hours to replace the steel barriers. |
