| This photo was taken east of Douglas Arizona on December 19, 2008. The photographer was interested in documenting the location of the border survey monument. At the time he didn't notice the people in the foreground. They were noticed only after the photo was examined more closely. "This goes to show that our entire border is being penetrated by people that we know nothing about," said Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol. These two men, who are just inside Mexico may well be lookouts for smugglers. |
