American Border Patrol
| While testing out the Border Hawk M on December 30, 2005, American Border Patrol came across a U.S. Army Shadow unmanned aerial vehicle near the border in Southeastern Arizona. While maintaining visual separation according to Federal Aviation Regulations, ABP was able to snap a few pictures as the Shadow flew by in an opposite direction.
