| This shack is located just south of the border east of the San Pedro River. Last night 21 Mexicans were laid up here waiting for the San Pedro River to recede so they could continue their journey toward the Huachuca Mountains where they planned to cross into the U.S. The San Pedro River was recently flooded when an earthen dam in Mexico gave way. |
