American Border Patrol has been doing aerial surveys of the border for more than a year. Last week Hanna called me with the idea of doing a joint flight. Without agreeing to such a joint effort, I sent him our most recent border survey. (He got it on Saturday.) He said he would call me on Monday. He didn't. I called him yesterday and he didn't return my call.
Now I read he plans this aerial survey that you reported on. This is outrageous.
I will send you a copy of our most recent survey. Once you see it, I think you will agree that Hanna is trying to rip off American Border Patrol.
